Breakfast and Coffee at Einstein Bros
It's a beautiful Friday morning in Seminole Holland, the neighborhood in Springfield where I live. I enjoyed breakfast and coffee at Einstein Bros. Bagels, which is just across the street from my studio apartment. I got here around 6:00, the time they open every morning. Won't Einstein Bros be my "neighbor"?
