New on YouTube, Brady’s Demo Reel of Videos He Edited for Spotlite Media
The Demo Reel that displays some of my work for my official debut job as a video editor, now available to view on YouTube. I posted it on Wednesday, April 21.
Reesa Myers, the owner of Spotlite Media (the company whom Upwork labeled as Within Marketing in the job post), hired me for this remote job on March 4, 2021. For this job, I assist her in editing videos for various clients using Adobe software, the brand of software I have used to edit audiovisual media since my Senior Project in high school.
Each of these videos is labelled by a title card. The white text is the title of the video, and the red text is the name of the client company for whom Reesa invited me to edit that video.
I edited these videos with Adobe software in March and April 2021. These are ONLY SAMPLES of ONLY SOME of the 29 videos I have edited for Spotlite Media so far. It's just that this Demo Reel displays among the things I can do as a video editor on Premiere Pro, the program I traditionally use to edit videos. Many of the videos I edited also consist of content already developed by someone else for those videos, particularly motion graphics and title cards created on After Effects.
Here's some more good news for you! My first old video enhancement since the start of my employment for Spotlite Media is also available now to view on YouTube! I posted it just tonight! This time, it's yet another old TV commercial, one for Mein Maggi that aired in Austria in 1991. Like many of the other "retromercials" that I enhanced before, this is originally on ADLORD's YouTube channel. ADLORD has posted many "retromercials" (the portmanteau that YouTube channel dianamherrera coined for old TV commercials) from all around the world. Many of them are part of Adeater, an international library of retromercials founded in France by Jean Marie Bouriscot, just as ADLORD told me in replying to a comment on one such video on his channel. But this is NOT an example of an Adeater commercial.
