Second Job as a Voice Talent!
I am honored to announce that I finally got my second job as a voice talent on Upwork.com this week. This time, I got it for a different company, Acme Data Collection. I was hired for and even completed the job this Tuesday. I had gotten my first such job this last year for Deepgram, a company committed to developing a new generation of speech recognition technologies, which was their reason to post that kind of job on Upwork. This job was similar to the one I got for Deepgram as they both involved recording myself reading sentences.
For my job with Deepgram, I used a different recording program: Datagen. And yes, the below are only some of the hundreds of sentences I read for that job.

Former freelance voice talent and video editor on the autism spectrum, from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised. I completed an Associate of Arts with Honors from Ozarks Technical Community College in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Film & Television from Missouri State University in 2020. In college, I was a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks, and received the 2018 Outstanding Young Volunteer Award. I completed a paid internship at The Hive of the Ozarks in the spring and summer of 2022. The Hive is a café in Willard, Missouri, devoted to providing work experience and work skills to persons with disabilities.
