Battlefield Mall with Haley Kilburn
This Tuesday afternoon, another quality outing with Haley Kilburn. This time, we went to Battlefield Mall.
We started with coffee and a treat at MOKapé, the new coffee shop at the mall that replaced Starbucks. We each enjoyed a "croffle" (their portmanteau for a croissant/waffle fusion) with the MOKapé Signature Latté. She had a Nutella croffle, and I had a Tiramisu croffle. They were both delicate just like our coffee.
Then came the essence of our outing, which was Haley's idea, putt putt at GlowGolf. We not only "gamed on," we truly enjoyed the game, not to mention the colorful, luminous atmosphere.
After a fun game, it was time for me to shop for work shoes. I managed to find some at Tradehome Shoes. (We looked at Rack Room Shoes as well, but I did not buy anything there.) I also bought a plugin fragrance diffuser at Bath & Body Works, a store I really like just like my Mom. I got a Pumpkin Chai, which carries a nice seasonal scent I had not smelled for a really long time. The perfect scent for my apartment this time of year.
