Lunch from London Calling Pasty Company at Mercy Hospital Springfield
Enjoying lunch from the British restaurant London Calling Pasty Company, one of my favorite local restaurants as a teenager. Theirs is the mobile truck for lunch at Mercy Hospital Springfield this week. I even took advantage of their Take and Bake offer, Buy 5 Get 1 FREE frozen pasties: 2 Bombay (their VEGETARIAN pasty), 2 Chicken Tikka Masala, and 2 Bangers and Mash.
The particular pasty I am having for lunch is their Chicken Tikka Masala, with Miss Vickie's crisps (NOT a British brand) and Guinness gravy to dip.
