Early Sunday breakfast at Hurts Donut Company, just across the street from Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, where I work. I love a few other things about this place: their doughnuts and coffee; their bright, colorful, cheerful vibe; and being open 24/7!
Yes, I do have to work today. And yes, I do work Saturdays and Sundays regularly.
