Premiering on YouTube tomorrow morning, March 8, at 9:00 Central Standard Time, my 7th Demo Reel Continuity Edit: "Sustainability - Married Couple Harvests Vegetables in their Garden".  These are behind-the-scenes screenshots of my progress on that video.

2023-03-03 2059 hours (Inserted 'A woman shows a ripe cabbage' Right After 'A man gives a woman cabbage from his croft' for Continuity)
2023-03-05 2041 hours (Aligned 'A woman cuts vegetables in the garde' to Cut To and From 'A woman cuts a cabbage leaf' Right Before Woman Lifts Cabbage Leaf)
2023-03-06 1510 hours (Trimming Raw Footage to Keep Only the Main Action)
2023-03-06 1516 hours (Trimming Raw Footage to Keep Only the Main Action)
2023-03-07 0926 hours (Rearranging Shots to Improve Continuity Order)

This video simply represents a process of planting and harvesting vegetables on a garden.  Gardening provides various health benefits, including access to nature and more nutritious vegetables, and believe it or not, even reduced carbon footprints, which can help enhance the environment.
